The 2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks introduce a number of updates and enhancements. Ford Super Duty trucks will offer a newly available Platinum Plus Package with premium customization options. It comes with the Platinum Plus Ownership Experience that gives you benefits like discounts on Ford accessories. Design updates include new exterior colors as well as ActiveX® seating on Lariat® models with new black exterior accents and front grille and tailgates appliques on Platinum models.
Performance
The standard XL trim in a Ford Super Duty truck is powered by a 6.8-liter V8 that can come through with 400 horsepower plus 445 pound-feet of torque. Manchester truck buyers who need even more power can move up to a 7.3-liter V8 engine that can generate 430 horsepower along with 485 pound-feet of torque. For 2025, that engine is now standard starting on King Ranch® and Platinum models. Every Ford F-250 and F-350 can be equipped with a 6.7-liter Power Stroke® diesel V8 that can crank out a best-in-class 500 horsepower and 1200 pound-feet of torque.
Towing and Hauling Capability
The Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks are built to handle major league towing and hauling jobs. The F-250 Super Duty truck has a maximum towing capacity of 22,000 pounds and it can pack a payload of up to 4300 pounds. The Ford F-350 Super Duty comes with a best-in-class maximum towing capacity of 32,500 pounds and a payload of up to 8000 pounds that's also best-in-class. When properly equipped, the F-350 can tow up to 37,000 pounds with a gooseneck trailer and haul up to 7,850 pounds in its cargo bed.
The F-250 can pull its weight with a maximum towing capacity of 22,800 pounds and a payload of up to 4,260 pounds. Whether you're towing heavy equipment to a job site in Dunbarton or hauling a large trailer in Bedford, the new 2025 Ford Super Duty trucks have the power to get the job done.
